OBH is a 30,000 sf facility built to produce up to 45,000 bbls per year. We currently use only 10% of our full capacity and would like a limited number of partners who will grow with us over the long haul. Co-founder and brewmaster Charles Kling has more than a dozen years of commercial experience (including several gold, silver, and bronze World Beer Cup and GABF medals). He and his team, which includes 3 full-time career brewers, has the experience to ensure your beer is delivered on time, every time. With a 4-vessel 30 bbl brewhouse, 60 and 120 bbl fermenters, centrifuge, plate filter, 2 bright tanks, automated keg washer/filler, 160 case per hour bottling line, and a 2,000 sf drive-in cooler, they can deliver quality and consistency batch after batch.
