OBH is a 30,000-sf facility built to produce up to 45,000 bbls per year. We currently use only 20% of our capacity and would like partners who will grow with us over the long haul. Brewmaster Jay Bergantim has more than a decade of commercial brewing experience and has won dozens of awards including a GABF medal in 2020. He and his team, which includes 4 full-time career brewers, have the experience to ensure your beer is brewed to your specifications and our exacting standards and delivered on time, every time. With a 4-vessel 30 bbl brewhouse, 60, 90, and 120 bbl fermenters, centrifuge, plate filter, 3 bright tanks, automated keg washer/filler, 140 case per hour bottling line, canning capability at 12, 16, and 19.2 oz sizes, and a 2,000-sf drive-in cooler, we deliver quality and consistency, batch after batch.
