Looking for some extra production capacity? We may be able to help out. Our award-winning brewery is open to taking on contract partners, with both limited- and long-term engagement opportunities available.
Production capabilities include:
30 BBL, 3-vessel brewhouse
60 bbl fermentation tanks (30 bbl runs available)
Mid-fermentation, low-DO dryhopping/fruiting/spicing via Rolec DH-90
Centrifuging
Kegging and 16oz can packaging & labeling
In-house QC analysis for ABV, DO, CO2
Short-term cold storage
