BREWERY PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Equipment can produce over $2 million in kegged beer annually (10,465+ 1/2bbl kegs), or over $6 million in Draft/On-Premise pours to supply tasting room(s). Head Brewer will train on all equipment and can assist with production as his time & schedule allows.
MARKS Design & Metalworks Custom-Made tanks (purchased new 2013-2015): 20bbl Mash tun, five (5) 40bbl tanks (2 Brite), one 20bbl tank, 2.5bbl Psycho Brew Pilot System with small-batch S/S fermenters. Mitchell Lewis/Selectric control panel, large Fulton steam boiler, large Pro Refrigeration Chiller, IDD “Squire Plus 2” Keg Rinsing, Sanitizing & Filling Station, Roskamp grist mill, 40’x25′ Drive-in cooler (three additional walk-in coolers), forklift, 2016 Ford Transit Connect delivery vehicle (for co-use) & other ancillary equipment.
Brewery is on Country Malt Group (Fletcher, NC) 2-day route. Spent grain disposal already occurs onsite (local farmer). Brewery contracts with Iron Heart Canning for all packaging needs.
**FIXED Monthly fee – all-inclusive: covers utilities, rent, overhead & equipment wear – allowing for easy year-round budgeting/accounting.
2-5 Year “Lease” available, negotiable. Owner resides next-door and is the property owner. Owner’s focus and involvement remains with his 220-seat, high-volume Destination Restaurant & Event Center adjoining with 38 taps ready for your (and our) brews. **Owner is open to a Purchase Money Promissory Note arrangement whereby Alternating Proprietor Brewery acquires ownership title (“lease-to-own”) in the large Brewery System (valuation $853,053) over the course of monthly & annual payments.
