Established in 2010, Stony Creek Brewery is located right on the Branford River in Branford Connecticut.  Our current 36,000 bbl capacity state-of-the-art facility has been open since 2015 and we are ready to help your brand grow! We have a highly skilled and experienced team that will work with you to dial in your recipes and make sure the end product is exactly how you want it.   Our production capabilities include:

30 BBL 2-vessel brewhouse

30, 60, 90 & 120 BBL fermentation tanks

Mid fermentation dry-hopping/fruiting/spicing available

Centrifuging

Kegging, 12 & 16 oz cans, and 12 oz Bottle packaging and labeling

5 BBl small batch test brew system to dial in recipes

Short-term cold storage
